Founder and Chief Editor
Katalin holds a doctorate in Food Science from the University of Debrecen and brings over fifteen years of experience in nutrition education and culinary development. She founded Nutritionflowcooking to bridge the gap between academic nutritional knowledge and practical home cooking. Katalin is passionate about making evidence-based nutrition advice understandable and actionable for everyday cooks. Outside the kitchen, she mentors young nutrition communicators and explores traditional Hungarian cuisine through a contemporary lens.
János Kovács
Culinary Director
János is a professionally trained chef with twelve years of experience in restaurant kitchens across Budapest and Vienna. He specializes in translating nutritional principles into delicious, realistic recipes that fit into busy schedules. His philosophy is that healthy food must taste good—otherwise, people won't stick with it. János develops all our recipe content and testing protocols, ensuring every guide is kitchen-tested and genuinely enjoyable. He also leads workshops on knife skills and ingredient selection.
